The Joint Junior Ultimate Championships take place between 6-13 August. You can expect to hear about:

  • WJUC – World Junior Ultimate Championships – Open, Women, Mixed – U20.
  • European Youth Ultimate Championships – Open, Women, Mixed U17.

That's why it's great to have a team support system additionally to your own goal keeping. You might be really driven and yet sometimes it's not enough. Persistance and mental toughness are important ingredients when it comes to facing another team on the field. If you doubt yourself or your skills, your opponent is winning.
