What is the best part of the indoor season 2024/2025?
It's over. 🥏
For me, it was just one tournament at the end of the season, after almost 6 months of healing my Achilles injury, dealing with life, and family loss. It was tough, but I'm glad I decided to go to the Indoor Championships in the end.
Ultimate Frisbee often centers me and brings me back to present, to life. It's a constant and unfailable dose of happiness. Thanks so much to my team @zlyultimate
for the great championships weekend (Congratulations to all 3 squads!). 💪
I was afraid that after 6 months of not playing any matches it will be tough, but luckily my Achilles didn't bring me trouble (at least not until a week after the tournament 🤡). I'm looking forward to the upcoming outdoor season, and if you're visiting EBUCC this year in Gdansk, I hope to see you there! :)

Injuries can be the biggest nightmare, especially when you have to give up on playing for a while. With my recent addition to my injury collection, I wrote a post about how it feels.
As Ultimate Frisbee players, each of us goes through injuries. They can be major or minor, but they always prove that we're not invincible, how Ultimate is a big part of our identity/lives and how it feels to miss out on it.
