Injuries can be the biggest nightmare, especially when you have to give up on playing for a while. With my recent addition to my injury collection, I wrote a post about how it feels.
As Ultimate Frisbee players, each of us goes through injuries. They can be major or minor, but they always prove that we're not invincible, how Ultimate is a big part of our identity/lives and how it feels to miss out on it.

Starting off another absence with a quote of the day.
It resonated with me especially that the post I'm going to publish tomorrow on my blog is about the winner's mentality and how to use it in sports.
This past season that was one of the topics my team was going through. We have a great opportunity to have a sports psychologist on a team and these kind of topics are very important for us all.
Sometimes you loose the game the moment you start doubting yourself or your team. Confidence and the right mindset can move mountains.

I spent last weekend at Polish Beach Nationals with my team @zlyultimate (3 Squads 🔥🔥🔥) and organized @pmp.ultimate (which is a mad thing to do if you play each game. No regrets).
While getting at 4:30 am to set things up is not my favourite part of the weekend, playing beach ultimate is always fun. With AKS Zły 2 we somehow ended up being late to every game. 🙃 Weekends with Zły are always a positive energy battery charge. Congrats to AKS Zły 1 for winning the championship. 🔥🥏
Apart from Ultimate we managed to get SUPs and try our chances at SUP Frisbee. 😆
